AS NAOMI CAMPBELL once found out to her cost, fashion comes before a fall.
LADY GAGA fell victim to her Monster wedges as she arrived in the UK earlier today - and took a tumble in Heathrow airport.
The Alejandro singer, who jetted in for ELTON JOHN'S White Tie and Tiara Ball, chose the towering wedges to go with her transparent black top and leather chaps.
But she was left red-faced after falling in front of a crowd of onlookers.
In 1993, supermodel Naomi famously suffered a similar fate on the catwalk, thanks to a pair of VIVIENNE WESTWOOD wedges.
Maybe mixed-up Catholic Lady G thought she'd take a leaf out of the Pope's book, and kiss the ground on arrival.

She is popular because the men like to look at her body & girls like to see her outrageous clothes. She can't sing.

i always admired gaga for having her own look but to be honest with you, as this has proven, she clearly doesnt know who she is, she has no particular style other than revealing leotards, fish nets, strange hats and shoes that she clearly cant walk in!
