I was glad to learn that Cheryl Cole was treated for malaria after her trip to Tanzania. Thousands of Africans miss out on treatment every year and suffer death as a result. Cheryl got treatment and lives. It’s impossible to think of someone with so much money not getting treatment. Malaria doesn’t normally get front page headlines as it is commonly thought to be a disease of poverty. Cheryl's misfortune might well be a good thing in promoting malaria to a wider world.

i wish her all the best and quick recovery. my advince always use mosquito net and anti malaria tablets when you go to malaria zone. lets donate mosquito nets to the poor and the needy people in africa

Wow, after reading some of the comments, it turns out Cheryl isnt the only one whos sick.It really shows the state of our society with comments like that, cold as ice. Its not her fault you see her everyday, if photographers didnt take her photos there would be no problem and she isnt a serial killer so why so much hatred? I hope she gets better soon.

vaccin or those pills dont work always. If Malaria turns into your liver then the liver protects it from the (soft) medicine like pills. Then only the cavalry (the realstuff they only give in hospitals) can finish off Malaria
