I am not sure why people are saying things like 'now they have no money and no work'?...This is one product in amongst 100's that are manufactured using cheap labour so this one product line won't cripple them. They will still be working tomorrow.

Katie Price, said the Indian factory had been ditched and production switched to the UK.

So that's the end of another pointless stab at her name, I doubt she even knew where it was made or what it smells of, its a product, Superdrug, I used to shop there 20 years ago.

What Katie did next, new series, very soon, can't wait.

Now that you have moved your production to the UK Katie just sell your perfumes online, great market and less overheads. Ask your new agent to check all your other deals CAN set you up with, they obviously can`t be trusted. Make sure none of your other products they set up are produced through exploitation now you know what sort of management they are.

Doesn't Peter Andre and a few others have their fragrances bottled there as well as other big firms?? If thats the case then they should be exposed as well. Sources say she made sure the minimum wage was met even exceeded with the company she was doing business with and that it was subcontractors that were employing people below the minimum wage. Katie had no knowledge of it. Theres more to this story than meets the eye so people should stop making judgmental comments on a topic they know nothing about. Still dont like the woman though.....hehehe

Do you honestly think KP didn't know anything about how and where her gnats p* ss, oh sorry, perfume was being produced???? And that 'Bad management' is to blame? This is a supposedly 'shrewd' and 'Good' Business woman. well so we are led to believe. I'm sure she knows about every last penny she has and where it's came from. It's in her nature... She knew alright.

Indian people should have been paid a decent wage,good for super Drug pulling the product off their shelves,and if the public knew half of what goes on,many of these products they would never buy.

a) If you're going to moan then at least spell correctly.

I wouldn't buy celebrity perfume - they don't make it, they smell a range made by a company and slap their name on it.

Well said Redannie, but they won`t because this is not about feeling sorry for the workers for most it`s just another excuse to have a go at Katie.
