question is how long will it take before she mows a few children and mothers down near a school one day because she got drunk or took drugs? would that classify your 'problem' as a 'terrible' action on her part? because it could just as easily happened and all it took is one wrong turn of the wheel...

This is the wake up call she needs. She knew exactly what she was doing and thought she was untouchable. She had been given repeated warnings and chances and blew them all.

what irritated me was they constantly focused on this instead of the 4 yr old girl who was snatched off her lawn and the mom desperately chased the car with no luck, but as usual, these celebrities are "first rate"

Ah I can't help feeling sorry for her. She has been around forever and she is still only 24. A baby in my eyes. I think she experienced too much of life too young. I hope that this will set her on the right path.

Feel sorry for her? For a lady that has most likely several villas, and apartmens and cars. Plus not a worry in her life, apologizes, her worry is how to find the best entertainment possible. Through drugs or alcohol, or driving while drunk. She has enjoyed so much success in her life, and lived by bent rules. A normal person found drivin under the influence of drugs or alcohol, would have gotten harsh treatement from the start. She had her second chance, and she failed utterly, not only failed, but upon being sentenced to prison does what? Sits there and cries and pleads for yet another chance. She should have put a brave face and said ''Well if this is what society feels is the best, then I will do my duty and go to prison and serve my punishement for the harm I've caused society''.

So many other people do not own villas, do not even own a car, work as hard as they can just to survive. She can take that ''working hard all my life'' and shove it somewhere, she is not entitled to speak in such manner.

The BIT** ONLY got 90 days in the "slammer". She's lucky, if it was you or me the Judge WOULD have gave us way more time. But remember here in the States if one "behaves", the sentence is reduced by 1/3rd. Therefore her 90 days will most likely be only 30 days, ie, if that does not get overturned on appeal. GOT TO LOVE THE U.S. JUSTICE SYSTEM. MONEY TALKS and BULL**** WALKS.............

How can you feel sorry for a girl that is ruining her own life. She is old enough to know right from wrong. But yet here she is again in trouble. It strikes me she will always be in trouble. I agree she was a good actress but I think she is ruining it by her stupid antics. She should have gone down for longer it might have taught her something.
