Russ and Katy opt for a tight wedding

RUSSELL BRAND and KATY PERRY have ordered matching outfits in LATEX for their wedding.

They have asked the designer of Lady GaGa's outrageous get-ups to make the skin-tight costumes.

The outfits will cost £3,000 each and have been ordered to be ready in September - which appears to confirm rumours the nuptials are planned for the autumn.

Last night a friend said: "Russell and Katy have both got wicked sense of humours and are big fans of LADY GAGA.

"They wanted unique outfits and no one dresses like her anywhere in the civilised world. The wedding will certainly be different."

Fetish-wear specialist ATSUKO KUDO created the infamous red latex nun's habit GaGa wore in the video for her hit single Alejandro.

She also whipped up the scarlet rubber gown that the superstar, 24, wore to meet the Queen at last year's Royal Variety Performance.

The couple's pal added: "They have approached Kudo and she was delighted to take on the job."

I Kissed A Girl singer Katy is already known to be a latex fan. She wore a dress made of the material with a design blending the Union Jack and the USA flag to celebrate their World Cup clash.

Meanwhile Russell has revealed how Katy, 25, first approached him - by lobbing a bottle at his head at last year's MTV Music Awards.

The comedian, 35, said: "I was really annoyed but when she came up to me she was so mouthy, smart and cocky, it made me really interested.

"I didn't feel like I had a choice. It didn't feel like a decision. It was just really natural. It just felt like we were mates."

Atsuko Kudo at a wedding reminds me of San Francisco's Power exchange... I think Kelly Brook and Lara Stone wear the dresses better than anyone else.

Russell Brand obviously panicked when his career in Britain floundered post Sachsgate. Accordingly he needed to: save, protect and promote his burgeoning career in the USA. In order to accomplish this, Russell,in an uncuous manoevre decided upon a plan to find and marry an American woman. Not any American woman,but a one from a 'holier than thou' bible bashimng background which will appeal to mainstream Americans. This illustrates how shallow Russell really is.

How wrong are you? The Sachsgate thing made him a household name in the UK have you ever seen his stand up ? he loved it being on the news and everyone talking about him ! got him a number one DVD too so that doesnt sound to me like it did his career a bad turn. YOU SWINE Lol
