KYLIE Minogue is set to follow in her little sister's footsteps by appearing on America's version of X Factor.

The pop star turned down the chance to stand in for pregnant Dannii as a judge on the UK show to avoid treading on her toes.

But she said: "You know they have guests come in for a special kind of tutorial, or something like that. That would interest me."

The 42-year-old Aussie singer is also highly excited about being an aunt to Dannii's new baby, due next month.

She said: "I'm down with nappy changing - so no problem!"

Dannii would be better on US X Factor. She's more likable than Kylie.
